BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Zawalich
was born in Hartford, Connecticut in 1954. He received his B.A.
Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1976, M.P.A. Degree
from Indiana University in 1979, and J.D. Degree from Valparaiso
University in 1983.
He has been a speaker and contributing editor for a variety of continuing
legal education seminars to include: as lecturer - Collecting Judgments
in Indiana, National Business Institute, 1992; as editor - "Collecting
Judgments in Indiana, Replevin and The Automatic Stay in Bankruptcy,"
National Business Institute, Inc., 1992; "Does a Plaintiff
Always Need an Expert Witness to Prove a Medical Malpractice Case?",
Res Gestae, Indiana State Bar Association, 1995.
Chet is a member of the St. Joseph County and Indiana State Bar
Associations and has served as pro-bono general counsel for the
CASA
Program of St. Joseph County since 1993. As a member of the
St. Joseph County, Indiana State Bar Associations, the Michigan
State Bar Association, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals
and the United States Supreme Court, Mr. Zawalich will boldly and
effectively represent your rights.
